Documentation
Use
The sequence number is used to differentiate between different contracts with the same investment type and validity period.
Supplementary Documentation - P01_UI_AVLNR0001
Use
This field is used for the Leave Entitlement infotype to save different leave records within a calendar year.
Each of these leave records can be addressed directly with the combination of leave year and object ID. You need this combination, for example, to enter leave compensation in the Leave Compensation infotype (0083).
The object ID is managed by the system; you cannot overwrite it.
Example
Calendar Year Object ID Leave Type
1995 01 01 02 ...
1995 02 01 05 ...
Supplementary Documentation - P01_UI_AVLNR0002

Use

When you go to an adjustment type from the menu, you see different screens. Note that you are in the same infotype for all adjustment types.
When you assign the sequence number, you have to increase it for each adjustment, not for each adjustment type.
Supplementary Documentation - P01_UI_AVLNR0010
Use
The object ID is used as sequence number of the order types. Every number identifies an order type.
Supplementary Documentation - P01_UI_AVLNR0011
Use
The sequence number allows you to enter several adjustment records for a garnishment/cession.
When you go to an adjustment type from the menu, you see different screens, depending on the Reason. Note that you are in the same infotype for all reasons.
When you assign the sequence number, you have to increase it for each reason, not for a special reason.
Supplementary Documentation - P01_UI_AVLNR0063
Procedure
The object ID is assigned by the system automatically; therefore, this field is not ready for input.
The sequence in which the individual records of the infotype were created is the decisive factor for number assignment.
