Definition
When a commitment is transferred, the PSV requirement and subsidiary liability pass to the new employer and the previous employer is released from its obligations in these manners. When the commitment from a previous employer is transferred, the entry date or commitment start date no longer matches the employment start date of the reporting company, but instead the entry or commitment start date with the previous employer.
Use
This field contains the date of the commitment transfer. Therefore, when notifications are created for supplemental insurance for bank employees, data record field UEB is set to "J" if the transfer date lies within the notification period.
Dependencies
The insurance start date and date of pension commitment are then transferred from the previous employer.
