Group of employees for the flat-rate taxation of other payments according to §40 Para. 1 EStG.
Group numbers are not specified in R 40.1 (guideline from §40 EStG), only the distribution of employees into one of three groups, depending on their tax class.
In the SAP system, the following three group numbers are used:
- Employees in the tax classes I, II, and IV
- Employees in the tax class III
- Employees in the tax classes V and VI
