For a registration, a reference is made to the incorrectly performed deregistration; for a deregistration, a reference is made to the incorrectly performed registration.

Example

An employee leaves the company (allegedly) on January 31 and is deregistered with the clearing house. The associated GUID is 'ABC123'. It is subsequently determined that the employee is still active and the leaving action is deleted. The deregistration with the clearing house cannot be withdrawn.

The employee is registered on February 1 again with the clearing house. The referenced GUID in this field is the GUID of the old deregistration 'ABC123'.
