Definition

You can use this field to influence a deregistration for the ELStAM procedure if the reason for the deregistration is not recognized or is incorrectly recognized by the system.

The following values are possible:

• Force

  The system creates a deregistration on the end date of the infotype record.

• Prevent

  The system does not create a deregistration on the end date of the infotype record, even though it finds a reason for deregistration, such as a leaving action.

The key date of the deregistration (end date of the infotype record) can be overridden by the field Delay Deregistration in Customizing (Payroll: Germany -> Tax -> Reporting -> ELStAM Procedure -> Process Data of Reporting Personnel Area) and by entering information in the field Date Deregistr. On.
