Definition
If this indicator is selected, then the date type specified in IT 0041 (Date Specifications) is valid as the employment start date according to the work contract.
Use
The employment start date according to the work contract is determined from the last change of legal person that occurred. You can override this date as follows:
- Infotype 0016 (Contract Elements), field "Initial Entry Date"
- Infotype 0041 (Date Specifications) using any date type
