Definition
Specifies the tax number of the company office for employment tax according to §41(2) EStG using the federal ELSTER format.
An employment relationship is assigned with the clearing house using the employer tax number in ELSTER format, the ID number (§139b of the German Fiscal Code), and the date of birth of the employee.
