Documentation
Definition
Special rule for modules from infotype Pension Provision Act (0699).
Use
You can use special rules to specify a special processing of the modules in the payroll run.
For investment type BVV (supplementary insurance for bank employees) and AVmG modules of the supplementary insurance for bank employees, this field has a defined usage:
Control of contribution distribution
- N - The employee is solely responsible for the contributions
Differing from the standard distribution, the employee should be solely responsible for paying the contributions from this agreement. There is no employer#s contribution.
- G - The employer is solely responsible for the contributions
Differing from the standard distribution, the employer should be solely responsible for paying the contributions from this agreement. Imputed income is calculated for the employee contribution that is taken over.
Notification reasons in BVV notifications for agreements from deferred compensation
- R - inactive agreement
The deferred compensation is suspended for an indefinite time. No contributions are calculated in payroll. When creating BVV notifications, the agreement with processing feature Leaving = 50 (agreement becomes inactive) is reported.
- K - cancelled agreement
The agreement was cancelled irrevocably. No contributions are calculated in payroll. When creating BVV notifications, the agreement with processing feature Leaving = 51 (cancellation of the agreement) is reported.
The two special rules are only permitted for agreements from remuneration conversions. They have to be entered for the last day on which the agreement is still valid. As of the next day, you do not create infotype 0699 for the agreement.
Dependencies
Note that the special rule field has two digits and must be filled flush left.
