Definition

Determining the Weekly Hours for 2011 (for Submission for 2011 in March 2012)

The report Display According to Sec. 80 Para. 2SGBIX (Severely Challenged Employees) (RPLEHAD3) determines whether an employee works more than 18 hours per week.
Up until November 2011, the report RPLEHAD3 reads the field DEUEV Occupational Status (STBRF) from the infotype DEUEV (0020) to determine whether part-time employees work more or less than 18 hours per week. As of December 2011, the report uses the field Weekly Working Hours (WOSTD) from the infotype Planned Working Time (0007) to gather this information.

Use

Select this checkbox to create a uniform picture of the weekly hours for all of 2011. This means that the report RPLEHAD3 uses only the values from the field Weekly Working Hours (WOSTD) from infotype 0007 for all of 2011. Otherwise the data is selected as described above.
