Use
The first time pension receipt notifications are transferred for a beneficiary (pensioner) who already received benefits in the years 2005-2008, the body with the notification obligation (pension organization) can query the identification number from BZSt, differing from sec. 22a EStG, without asking the beneficiary first (sec. 52, par. 38a EStG).
