Definition
The income threshold deficit for disruptive events is used to calculate the contribution-liable remuneration that arises due to payment of a value credit in a manner outside of the agreed terms.
The income threshold deficit for disruptive events can be divided into periods in which the threshold deficit was formed - we differentiate here between the current year, the previous year, and the time up to the year before last.
When the income threshold deficit for disruptive events is used, the paid value credit uses the income threshold deficit for disruptive events up to the year before last, then the threshold deficit from the previous year, and then the threshold deficit from the current year - until the value credit is fully matched with the threshold deficit or the threshold deficit is used up.
This field indicates the income threshold deficit for disruptive events used in the previous year in care insurance.
Use
If the insurance-liable employment relationship continues after the disruptive event, this can affect the calculation of contributions for a later non-recurring payment to which the March clause applies. The income threshold deficit for disruptive events used reduces the regular income threshold deficit for disruptive events formed in the previous year, which is used to calculate the contributions for a later non-recurring payment.
