Definition
Specifies the employee's entitlement to the spouse component of the family-related bonus.
Use
Depending on which entry you select, the system adds the spouse component to the family-related bonus:
- No Entitlement - no payment
- Full - married bonus is paid in full
- Half - half the married bonus is paid (competition)
- Variable - the amount paid is based on the numerator/denominator combination
If you select Variable, two fields for the numerator/denominator combination are displayed. The system reduces the married bonus payment according to this numerator/denominator combination. The variable reduction and half payment take place in addition to any part-time reduction.
