Definition
When the leave and sick pay premium is calculated for the Public Sector Germany, different wage types are required in payroll for the different pay scales.
The wage type specified is used to calculate the monthly paid absences for the BMT-G (German Collective Agreement for Local Authority Employees).
It contains the part of the basic pay that is paid during paid absence (such as leave).
The wage type (such as /O27) is required only as an auxiliary wage type in the calculation and is added to the monthly cumulation wage type as a standard average wage type at the end of the gross part of payroll.
