Definition
Using the reduction method, you can specify how FTE values are to be reduced for part-time employees when the FTE values are calculated.
The following reduction methods are possible:

Use
If a reduction method is specified, the bases for calculating the FE values are determined by means of function module HR_DE_PBS_VK_BER_GRUNDLAGEN.
If the reduction method is initial, wage types /OV1 and /OV2 are read from the results table (RT) of the payroll run.
