Definition
If you choose the procedure Basis previous month's contributions, the contributions of the previous month can be adjusted to the new data using a correction factor. The contributions of the previous month that were calculated from non-recurring payments are multiplied by this correction factor.
Use
To determine the relevant correction factor, the table is read as follows:
- First, the table with the period for which the contribution statement should be created, the payroll office (personnel area/subarea) and the employee health insurance fund is read. If an entry exists, this correction factor is used.
- If such an entry does not exist, the table with the period and the payroll office is read. If an entry exists, this correction factor is used.
- If such an entry does not exist, the table with the period is read. If an entry exists, this correction factor is used.
- If such an entry does not exist, the value 1 is set as the correction factor.
