Definition

Indicator that the semiretirement gross amount for the employee should be capped.

Use

According to the semiretirement law, one-time payments no longer form part of the semiretirement gross amount, as soon as the regular pay and the one-time payments exceed the monthly income threshold for PI.
If the indicator is selected, the part of the one-time payment that exceeds the PI income threshold is capped when determining the semiretirement gross amount.
This indicator overwrites the capping specification that is stored in the semiretirement model Customizing.
