Definition
This field contains the regular payments portion of the employee#s annual income in the second preceding year of retroactive analysis.
Use
In remuneration determination for periods with work incapacity (as per Sec. 6 Para. 4 Clause 5 SGB V)
For these periods, a notional income is imputed based on a proportional distribution of the total of regular payments for the year. One-time payments are not included in the notional remuneration.
