Definition
This field contains the start date of the employee.
If several starts exist, the chronologically most current start date is printed that is before or in the evaluation month.
Use
The field serves to identify employees for whom the infotype Specifications relating to annual income checking (0908) may have to be created.
If the last start is less than 3 years before the evaluation year, it is possible that annual income was earned at other employers that could not be determined in the system.
You can enter the amount of this remuneration in infotype 0908 if necessary.
