Definition

This field contains the proportional annual remuneration that was earned from other employers up to the key date. The remuneration can be comprised as follows:

  • Actually earned remuneration
  • Notional remuneration from periods with incapacity to work (under sec. 6, par. 4, cl. 5 SGB V)
  • Remuneration in the amount of the proportional annual income threshold from periods in which the annual income threshold is expected to be exceeded (under sec. 6, par. 4, cl. 6 SGB V)

Use

During the check of whether the annual income limit is exceeded or not, only remuneration figures that are contained in the payroll results can be determined. If the employee does not have a continuous employment relationship within a year, the remuneration earned from other employers in this year also have to be taken into account to calculate the annual remuneration.

Dependencies

If report RPLSVED2 determines the annual remuneration from a year automatically, it takes all remuneration into account that was saved in infotype 0908 records for this year and adds it to the annual remuneration calculated from the payroll results.

Example

An employee left and reentered the company twice in the year 2006. He was employed at the company in the following periods:

  • February 1, 2006 to March 31, 2006
  • July 1, 2006 to today

In the period from January 1-31, 2006, he earned annual remuneration of EUR 2,360 (including notional components) from other employers.

In the period from April 1 - June 30, 2006, he earned annual remuneration of EUR 12,400 (including notional components) from other employers.

Create the following infotype 0908 records:

  • Key date 02/01/2006, previous remuneration = EUR 2,350
  • Key date 07/01/06, previous remuneration = EUR 12,400

Alternatively, you can also create a single infotype 0908 record with the total remuneration:

  • Key date 07/01/06, previous remuneration = EUR 15,750
