Definition

Defines the employee subgroup grouping for the personnel calculation rule for the output wage type.

Use

The employee subgroup grouping is already determined for the input wage type. Here, you determine with which employee subgroup grouping the output wage type is to be processed.
The following entries are possible:

  • Set to '*':
The output wage type then has the employee subgroup grouping '*'.
  • Transfer current employee subgroup grouping:
The output wage type transfers the employee subgroup grouping of the input wage type.
  • Set employee subgroup grouping according to WPBP (Work Center Basic Pay):
The output wage type transfers the employee subgroup grouping from the internal table WPBP. For several periods with different employee subgroup groupings, the grouping is used from the last period in which the employee was actively employed.

Dependencies

Output wage types that you store in the results table RT, are no longer processed in personnel calculation rules. It is recommended that you assign employee subgroup grouping '*' to these output wage types. In this way, all output wage types that you store in the RT have the same employee subgroup grouping as an attribute. As a result, there is no output wage types with differing employee subgroup groupings in the results table.

However, output wage types that you store in the input table IT, are still processed in personnel calculation rules. It is recommended that you assign the employee subgroup grouping from the employee's WPBP to these wage types.
