Definition

The meaning of this indicator depends on whether the payee key of the investment institution is marked as Recipient for collective bank transfer.

  • If collective bank transfers are executed for the recipient automatically:

    The indicator controls whether retroactive changes of the infotype German Pension Reform (0699) are permitted.

    • If the indicator is set, then infotype 0699 records may not be changed in the payroll past.
    • If the indicator is not set, retroactive changes are possible. Differences in the transfer amounts that result from retroactive accounting are automatically recognized and processed by thedata medium exchange preliminary program for collective bank transfers.
  • If collective bank transfers are not executed for the recipient automatically:

    The indicator determines whether individual transfers are created in payroll (in payroll table BT). It controls the retroactive changeability of the infotype German Pension Reform (0699) at the same time.

    • If the indicator is set, individual transfers are created from which a bank transfer medium can be created with the Data medium exchange preliminary program.
      • In this case, retroactive changes of infotype German Pension Reform (0699) are never possible.
    • If the indicator is not set, then no transfers are created in payroll. The amounts must be manually transferred.
      • Retroactive changes of infotype German Pension Reform (0699) are permitted.
