Definition

If the employee was not taken into account for the survey of earnings in a month of the evaluation period, this field contains the reason for not being taken into account.

Use

The following reasons can lead to not being taken into account:

• 1 - Wrong employee subgroup

  In the survey of earnings, public servants, employees in semiretirement, trainees, interns and persons in retirement or early retirement must not be taken into account.

• 2 - Left the company

  Only those months can be taken into account in which an active and constant employment relationship exists. If entry or leaving occurs mid-month, the month is not taken into account.

• 3 - Mid-month change

  A month must not be taken into account, if within the month either

• the benefit group or
• the employment type or
• the reportable site (due to an organizational change)

  changes.

• 4 - Unpaid days of absence

  A month must not be taken into account if the employee was not paid for the full month.
