Definition
If the procedure for creating contribution statements is selected, contribution statements are created for the contributions of the compulsorily insured, the contributions of the voluntarily insured, the contributions from U1 and U2 and the lump sum contributions for minimally paid employees exempt from insurance.
Use
The contribution statement is started with the current period that is entered in the control record. But because this procedure was chosen, it is defined that the contribution statement for the subsequent month will be created.
The contributions consist of the anticipated contributions, whose amounts result from the previous month#s final payroll, adjusted by a correction factor, and the previous month#s correction contributions, which result from the difference between the contributions from the final payroll of the previous month and the anticipated contributions of the previous month.
If the transitional rule is applied, a sixth of January 2006 is also included in the contribution statement in the months of February to July 2006.
If a health insurer is marked with alternative contribution due dates for voluntarily insured persons, these contributions are not verified in the contribution statement with this procedure. A contribution statement must be started separately with the procedure Contributions for the voluntarily insured with alternative contribution due dates.
Dependencies
You can set the correction factor in the view Correction of the Contributions on the Basis of the Previous Month (V_T5D47).
If employees are selected in this contribution statement run who have a payroll area with the attribute Contribution statement from real payroll run in the view Procedure for anticipated due contribution (V_T5D10), their contributions will also be verified in the contribution statement, but not transferred to the health insurer list.
