Documentation
Definition
The personnel subarea specifies the organizational area to which an occurring disruptive event is to be assigned.
Use
If a value credit was earned in a legal area that differs from the current employer's legal area, the contributions for this value credit must be calculated and reported with the data from the alternative legal area. Company data, such as the company number and address, is needed to document the contributions and report the disruptive event remuneration. This data is determined based on the personnel area.
You can use this field to enter a personnel subarea - that differs from the current employer - to use in the contribution statement and DEUEV if a disruptive event occurs for a value credit originating from a different legal area.
Note
If you create an infotype 0123 record for the current employer's legal area, you do not have to maintain this field.
