Definition
When the procedure for creating contribution statements is selected, contributions to health and nursing insurance of voluntarily insured persons are verified for only those persons whose health insurance companies have an indicator set that these contributions have due dates that differ from the compulsory contributions.
Use
If no health insurer exists with alternative contribution due dates for voluntarily insured persons, no contribution statement has to be started with this procedure.
Otherwise a contribution statement must be started beforehand in which the contributions from compulsorily insured, the contributions from U1 and U2 and the lump sum contributions for minimally paid employees exempt from insurance are verified.
Dependencies
The contribution statement may only be started with this procedure if the final payroll results are available for this month.
