Definition
Percentage at which the wage type goes into the dummy semiretirement gross amount, which forms the dummy part-time net amount. The part-time net amount is used as a comarison net amount, and is the starting point for calculating supplement 2.
Use
Dependencies
Example
You determine that the wage type Christmas bonus should not go into the dummy semiretirement gross amount (Percentage 0%).
An employee receives the wage type Christmas bonus of DEM 1,000. The wage type Christmas bonus does not go into the semiretirement gross amount that forms the dummy part-time net amount. Thw wage type Christmas bonus is therefore not taken into account in determining the dummy part-time net amount, nor for the resulting supplement 2.
NOTE:
You must maintain the field % PTAmt for all wage types that are coded with character 'S' in processing class 68.
If you have coded a wage type with 'S' in processing class 68, and do not specify a percentage, then this wage type does not go into this dummy semiretirement gross amount.
If you have coded a wage type with 'S' in processing class 68, you must maintain the % PTAmt field for all semiretirement models and phases. For semiretirement models, where the wage types go into this dummy semiretirement gross amount at the level of the employment percentage, enter 100% in the % PTAmt field.
The wage types that go into the semiretirement gross amount to calculate the dummy part-time net amount, already match the employment percentage (normally 50%). A further percentage allocation is therefore not required.
It is therefore logical to specify 100% (wage type is the same as the employment percentag) or 0% (wage type is not included).
