Definition
When you set this indicator and semiretirement begins after June 30, 2004, then the regular remuneration is not used as the basis for calculating the additional pension insurance amounts (usually at least 80% of regular pay).
Instead - like with semiretirement beginning before July 1, 2004, the difference between at least 90% of the previous regular pay and the regular pay for semiretirement is used as the basis for the additional pension insurance amounts.
Additional pension insurance contributions can no longer be paid for non-recurring payments if semiretirement begins after June 30, 2004, however.
Use
Dependencies
Due to the special consideration of overtime when calculating additional contribution-liable income, a comparison calculation is usually required to determine whether the minimum statutory requirements are met.
Therefore, if you set this indicator, you should also set the Statutory/Pay Scale Check indicator as well.
