Documentation
Definition
You use this field to define which working time is saved in the Planned Working Time infotype (0007) in the respective phase of semiretirement, in contrast to the previous working time.
Use
In some areas, you have to report a standard working time independently of the respective semiretirement phase, but this figure does not have to be saved in the Planned Working Time infotype (0007). For example, a working time of 100% can be saved in the work phase in the block time model. In this case, the standard working time cannot be determined without the information from the Percentage of Previous Working Time.
Dependencies
Example
For an employee in semiretirement in the part-time model, the actual working time of 20 hours per week during semiretirement is stored in the Planned Working Time infotype (0007). Therefore, the working time is 50% of the working time before the start of semiretirement.
In the work phase of the block time model, the actual working time of 40 hours per week is also predefined. This is 100% of the working time before the start of semiretirement.
In both cases, you can use the Percentage of Previous Working Time and the employment percentage, compared with the full-time work, to determine the standard working time.
Supplementary Documentation - P01_ATZPA 0000
Use
The employment percentage that you specify here is used only for projection of the notional full-time gross amounts, which form the basis for calculating the PI supplement and the flat-rate minimum net amount.
To determine the employment percentage for calculating actual pay for semiretirement, use the Employment Percentage infotype Planned Working Time (0007) or the Employment Fraction infotype Basic Pay (0008).
If you do not specify a percentage rate, the percentage rate saved in the semiretirement model in Customizing is used.
If you specify a percentage rate here, it overrides the percentage rate saved in the semiretirement model.
Dependencies
Example
You define here that the employee's employment fraction is 50%. An employee receives wage type Vacation Bonus with an amount of DM 1,000.
DM 1,000 corresponds to 50%. Projection for the notional full-time gross amount is made for 100%.
Therefore, wage type Vacation Bonus flows into the notional full-time gross amount with a value of DM 2,000.
