Definition
Name of the semiretirement model.
Use
The respective semiretirement model determines which scaling up percentage rates are valid and which schedule should be used in the calculation of minimum net pay. The scaling up percentage rate in the statutory model for semiretirement gross amount is 20 %. The guaranteed minimum net amount should be 70% of the flat-rate net pay. The additional employer contribution for pension insurance should make up the differnce between 90% of the gross full-time pay and the gross semiretirement pay.

Use
Calculation rules and supplement percentages (supplement percentage 1, minimum net pay percentage, PI supplement percentage), are stored in Customizing for each semiretirement model.
By specifying the semiretirement model, you determine that the rules for this model apply for this employee.
Dependencies
You can overwrite the rules for the semiretirement model. To do this, maintain the fields in the group box Alternative Specifications.
