Definition

Year of period in which an evaluation run last took place.

Use

You can run payroll for up to 6 months together on the payroll list for semiretirement.

  • If the 'Only last current results' field is not flagged, the periods between the last evaluation and the specified payroll period are printed on the list. The last current payroll result is evaluated for these payroll periods.
    If a retroactive run takes place within this period for a period before the last evaluation, differences between the periods in question are printed on a correction list.
  • If the 'Only last current results' field is flagged, the only payroll results evaluated are those for periods for which payroll was run during the specified payroll periods and which lie between the last evaluation period (as entered) and the specified payroll period.
