Definition

Indicator that determines whether the semiretirement gross pay should be capped for pension insurance at the income threshold level.

Use

According to the semiretirement law, one-time payments no longer form part of the semiretirement gross amount, as soon as the regular pay and the one-time payments exceed the monthly income threshold for PI. The amount of the one-time payment that exceeds the PI income threshold is capped when determining the semiretirement gross pay.
If the indicator is selected, this capping does not happen. The full one-time payment goes into the semiretirement gross pay, even if the income threshold for pension insurance is exceeded.
