Definition
Determines whether a comparison between the statutory net supplement (total of supplements 1 and 2), and the pay scale supplement should take place within the payroll run.
If the indicator is selected, and the pay scale amount is smaller than the statutory amount, then the statutory supplements are paid out, instead of the pay scale supplements.
