Definition
The (semiretirement) employment fraction field should reflect the share of working time during this phase of semiretirement compared to the regular working time.
Examples
A block model was agreed upon with an employee, in which she works normally for 2.5 years (employment fraction: 100%) and then does not work at all for 2.5 years (employment fraction: 0%).
You reached an agreement with another employee stating that he will only work half of the previous working time for five years (employment fraction: 50%).
In both cases, the employees work 50% of their previous working time, on average, in semiretirement.
Purpose
This value helps you calculate accrual and reduction of the semiretirement value credit in payroll accounting. If employees work more than 50% in a phase, they increase their value credit in that phase. If they work less, they reduce their value credit in that phase.
