Documentation
Definition
The employment percentage specifies how long the semiretired employee must work, compared to full-time work.
Use
The employment percentage that you specify here is used to project the dummy full-time gross amounts that form the basis for the calculation of the PI supplement and the flat-rate minimum net amount.
Determine the employment percentage to calculate the actual semiretirement pay using the employment percentage in the infotype Planned Working Time (0007) and the capacity utilization level in the infotype Basic Pay (0008).
Dependencies
Example
You determine that the employment percentage for the employee is 50%.
The employee receives the wage type vacation bonus of DEM 1,000.
The DEM 1,000 is 50%. The dummy full-time projection is 100%. The wage type vacation bonus goes into the dummy full-time gross pay at DEM 2,000.
