Definition
Percentage of full-time pay, at which the supplemental pension insurance amounts are paid
The employer must pay additional statutory pension insurance contributions for semiretired employees (supplements).
These contributions must be high enough, that the difference between the semiretirement pay and 90% of the full time pay is also insured.
Use
If your company-specific semiretirement model uses a different percentage than in the statutory model, you can specify this percentage here.

Definition
Percentage of full-time pay, up to which the supplemental amounts for pension insurance are paid.
Use
If you do not specify a percentage, the system uses the percentage from the semiretirement model customizing.
If you do specify a percentage, the rate from the semiretirement model is overwritten.
