Definition
The ungarnishable basic amount is deducted in accordance with §850e, Nr. 2 ZPO.
The ungarnishable additional amounts are proportionately deducted from both the incomes.
Example
Debtor is single and has no children.
Main income MnI (net): 2000,- (1)
Subs. income SbI (net): 1000,- (2)
ungarnishable basic amount: 1209,- (3)
Addit. amount MnI: 791,- (4)=(1)-(3)
Addit. amount SbI: 1000,- (5)=(2)
ungarn.addit.amnt. MnI: 237,30 (6)=3/10 * (4)
ungarn.addit.amnt. SbI: 300,- (7)=3/10 * (5)
garnishable amnt. MnI: 553,70 (8)=(4)-(6)
