Definition
This program creates a list of all notifications of changes to pension payments. It also enables you to create a letter for each notification.
The structure of the list and the letter is stored in the form tables.
If you want the system to print these letters, please specify the form indicator under which the structure and contents of the letters are maintained.
The standard system contains the form indicator DVBM. The notification letter maintained under this indicator is structured according to BDO specifications.
If you want to create your own letter, please note the following:
The form indicator is maintained in two steps.
In the first step, please maintain the text lines for the letter which are fixed and cannot be changed (for all health insurance funds, personnel (sub)areas, pensioners).
To do this, please maintain the background in the form painter.
In the second step, define which Information is to be printed at what position in the letter. Please use the form painter to do this and insert fixed layout items in the form.
