Definition
For public employers of the federation according to § 159, par. 1 of SGB (Code of Social Law) IX that employed severely disabled persons in a minimum of six percent of the jobs on October 31, 1999, the compulsory quota of six percent continues to apply after the Act to Combat Unemployment of the Severely Disabled goes into effect on January 1, 2001.
