Definition
Applicability of status check for secondary sub process scenario
Use
This is used during definition of business flow logic. A relationship is defined between two sub process scenarios termed as 'Primary' & 'Secondary' and their status.
The status of a sub process scenario follows a certain sequence, like
- New
- In Process
- Completed
- Printed, etc.
While defining a relationship it may be required to specify that a particular rule is applicable only to
- Only the current status
- All succeeding status values
- All Preceeding status values
The succeeding and Preceeding options, give the flexibility of reducing the entries in a business rule siginificantly.
