Process group
Use
This is used for assigning a grouping for sub process scenarios to a process scenario based on PWE user profile.
Dependencies
Example
For a business scenario like "Pension Administration for Employees", process scenario - "Basic Pension Assessment", a process group PGPA is defined.
The requirement is that for the sub process scenarios that can be viewed/worked upon should be different for master data users and for payroll users.
So PGPA is linked to two different grouping for sub process scenarios - GRPA and GRPB, based on the profile of the user. GRPA may have all master data related sub process scenarios & GRPB may have payroll related sub process scenarios.
