Documentation
Definition
Use
This field indicates whether the sub process scenario is visible or not, when PWE is invoked. This is useful in definition of business rules for a Grouping for Sub Process Scenarios.
Dependencies
Example
A user UM needs to work on master data related sub process scenarios - A ,B & C. Another user UP, works on payroll related sub process scenarios X & Y.
The business rule specifies that B & C should be completed before X & Y sub process scenarios. That is B & C sub process scenarios are needed for business rule checking for user UP, but should not be displayed to him. In this case the invisible flag = 'X' should be set for sub process scenarios B & C for UP's Grouping of Sub Process Scenarios.
If this field is not set, then by default the sub process scenario is visible.
