Documentation
Definition
The law requires that a fixed number of positions within a company must be filled by challenged persons.
These positions are known as reserved posts. The law also specifies how many 'regular' positions count as filled when a severely-challenged person is hired.
The individual severely-challenged dependents groups are credited to the reserved positions to be filled in a particular way.
Example:
Severely-challenged person group Number of reserved positions
SB 1,0
SBA 2,0
MSBA 2,0 - 3,0
WE 0,5
In this field, you enter the minimum number that can be credited to the reserved positions to be filled.
