Definition
The system calculates social insurance contributions on the basis of an employee's annual salary, which in turn is calculated from the basic amount per period. The incrdase percentage can be used to increase the 'annual salary' amount used by the system, e.g. to include a vacation bonus in the calculation of social insurance contributions.
