Definition
When you enter an X in this field, the system calculates the total volume of a well. The system then compares the total volume of the well to the total baseline volume established for the well. (Baseline volumes are established in the Tier Tax transaction, transaction code O3UVL_TTX0.)
You select either this field, the Tt proj fl field, or the Tt prc lim field--one of the three.
The system taxes the amount of volume below the baseline at a low rate, and the amount of volume above the baseline at a high rate.
