Owner request document year.
In the SAP transfer concept, Every owner request has a document number that will be used to track individual requests based on the document type. The numbers are further differentiated by a year field. Numbers may repoeat from year to year.
Outside the SAP transfer concept, this is a free format field used to group records that together make up one transfer.
