Definition
A SmartForm can be assigned for customer defined creation of report hardcopies.
For all regulatory reports besides the MMS OGOR reports, SAP provides a generic output functionality using hierarchical ALV technique. This customizing possibility enables the user to define his own format to be used for printing the reports.
The Smartform has to be defined by each client. The interface of all Smartforms are limited to the use of the following definitions. The naming convention for Header Detail and Trailer, table interface parameters have to be followed:
it_header - Header structure as assigned via OIUREP_STRUC
it_detail - Detail structure as assigned via OIUREP_STRUC
it_trailer - Trailer structure as assigned via OIUREP_STRUC
The structures have to follow the structures defined in the OIUREP_STRUC (Reg.Reporting master data customizing) table, if there is no trailer, no trailer has to be specified.
If a different SmartForm should be assigned to the OGOR reports, please assign the SmartForms here, too. It is recommended to copy the shipped SmartForms:
- ROIU_REP_REG_MMS_4054A for OGOR_A
- ROIU_REP_REG_MMS_4054B for OGOR_B
- ROIU_REP_REG_MMS_4054C for OGOR_C
as their interfaces differ from the other states interfaces.
