Flag can be one of the following values:
"0" - Indicates that the Well Completion Volume Quantity
Produced/Injected, and also the Days Produced are both 0 for a
production month.
blank - Any Quantities and Days Produced.
&USE&
To report a single Well under 2 different Regulatory Reporting Well
Status'. Where one status is used when the well does not produce/inject
for the month, and another when the same well DOES produce/inject for
the month.
&DEPENDENCIES&
If no configuration is found for zero volumes (where flag is set to
"0"), then the "All Quantities and Days Produced" (flag is left blank)
configuration is used for zero-volume months.
&EXAMPLE&
MMS OGOR-A Regulatory Report:
A Well Completion has the following setup in its Well Completion Dated record
Well Status = Producing
Well Class = Oil Well
On months when this well produces, the MMS Well Status should be
reported as "08" (Producing Oil Completion).
However, on months when this well has 0 production (perhaps because of
downtime), this same well should be reported with MMS Well Status of
"12" (Non-Producing Oil Completion).
In either case the Well Completion Dated record does not change and the
Qty Produced/Injected flag allows the status to be configured
differently depending if there is 0 volume for the month or not.
