Definition
The measurement point at which the sales take place.
Within a reporting hierarchy of measurement points, the sales point, is, from the MMS's point of view, the highest MP or node in the reporting hierarchy. This is the measurement point at which the sales transaction occurs.
- MP (highest node) = Sales point
- MP (next-highest node) = Output facility
- MP (lowest node)
This field is left blank if the PASR is for the point of sale.
