Definition
Check this flag to allow report comments to be added on a header field level for Regulatory Reporting. If this flag is set in the 'Reports' settings (Regulatory Reporting General Master Data customizing) as well as in the settings for Maintainable Fields, comments can be added for fieldvalues in the 'Data' Tab of the Regulatory Reporting transaction (O3UREP_MASTER).
