Definition

An alpha-numeric value that will appear as a fixed value in the drop-down list box, for whatever field is currently displayed in the Field Name field.

For example, if you wanted to set up the drop-down options for a field called "lease" in regulatory reporting, you could create a value here for lease called LSE-01, and in the Description field, enter, for example, "First Lease". You could define LSE-01 as a value yourself, or a federal or state agency might define it and send it to you. You would enter that in the Value field, along with a description. After you save that, LSE-01 would then appear as a fixed value for the lease field on the WC Reg. ID screen tab, along with the description.
